But it is certain that the management patterns of the present time are largely based on the principles of humanism. All economic, political, and social organizations in developed and pioneering countries try to accept human beings as major stakeholder and the greatest social capital. Accordingly, it is necessary that the type of management in the patterns of political governance be based on respect for human dignity. The patterns of democracy in political governance are designed precisely in line with this humanitarian discourse. And the free governments are trying to organize the foundations of their political regime on the basis of public consent and presence
But we know that not all governments are moving in that doctrine. And there are many governments that do not pursue democratic strategies by resorting to religious or group ideological beliefs. Due to their authoritarian attitudes, these types of countries do not tolerate social freedom and pursue the management of society with restrictive methods
We have a lot of this kind of society. Communities that insure the permanence of their rule by closing down society and creating all kinds of restrictions and prohibitions. Such governments are aware that the key to the stability of their government lies solely in the policies of "prohibition and restriction" for the people. Otherwise, it is clear that the bedrock of social freedoms does not tolerate tyranny and the rule of pressure and coercion does not last for a moment
The author calls this type of management a "restrictive and prohibitive management model." Because all its principles and foundations are based on the limited and forbidden display of people's living spaces. Of course, this type of management model, called the "Restriction and Prohibition Management Model," has never had a scientific origin and is not a model derived from certain ideas and knowledge that have been developed according to social needs. This means that this model is not knowledge-based with a definite discourse, and its foundations are based on the attitude of authority and narrowness and the practice of pressure and dictation
In fact, this model is a construct of a kind of performance and behavior of field managers that results in the emergence of prohibition and restrictive measures in the field of management. In other words, incompetent managers, by relying on wrong attitudes and misbehaviors, impose restrictions and prohibitions. That is, because managers do not have the knowledge and management strategy, they resort to the mechanism of closing the society with prohibitive and restrictive actions, while being unworthy
Therefore, it can be said with certainty that the management model is based on the limitation and prohibition based on the ignorance and weakness of managers. And if they do not go to the limit, the field of work will no doubt be out of their hands. So the best solution for this type of manager is to take advantage of authority and create suffocation and threat. To control their field of management
Interestingly, this style of management is very pleasing to authoritarian managers. Managers who, due to their inherent weakness and lack of management knowledge, can easily consolidate their rule with a little political struggle and a policy of suffocation and pressure. In fact, such managers hate open space and social freedom. They need a closed space. A space that does not allow the presence of skilled, capable and worthy elites, and incompetent managers can easily remove skilled and skilled competitors by processing restrictions and prohibitions
And it is a pity that these unwise managers, by dominating the country's key sources, are also legitimizing their inhumane and anti-social demands in government mechanisms. In this situation, then, the rules and regulations of governance, with an approach to prohibition and restriction, become legal in nature and are called mandatory laws in an irrational and coercive process. This is a behavioral-moral pattern that takes on a legal color by creating anti-social rituals and rules. It is precisely the kind of sovereignty that locks up an exclusive and authoritarian lock on society and restores absolute tyranny and dictatorship
